The bed was comfy, the room had a great view, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the location was convenient with lots of dining and entertainment options around.

During our stay at the hotel the personnel waspolite, correct with us, could always answer the questions, The rooms were always clean, the towels were clean. The hotel is not far from the beach and from the train station, whioch makes staying there comfortable.

The food for breakfast was the same during all the period and it was a bit difficult, not many fresh fruits.

Liked the location, perfect if you are surfing in Carcavelos.

Great location near the beach, only 500 meters from Praia de Carcavelos. Loved my room with a comfy double bed and a fantastic view from the bedroom plus balcony. 🌊

The staff were friendly but the hotel is very old and in need of an upgrade, there is a new hotel very close by which would be much better value for money and is very nice.

excelent view over the sea and easy access to the train

Restaurant excellent, good value and food of good quality.Facilitated our holding our baggage and use of facilities due to our late flight.

We stayed on floor 7 and found noise from the Restaurant on floor 8 disturbing from 7 o'clock in the morning onwards, footsteps, chairs moving and general noise. The temperature of the shower was dangerous varying from scalding hot to cold frequently every time we used it. While the room was clean and cleaned daily the carpet was very stained. The entrance to the hotel foyer was shabby and littered for the whole week we were there.

Excellent service and the food is really good. the rooms are cozy with soft carpets and super comfy beds, plus the views are amazing. It's a fantastic spot to be in! 🌟

The hotel is located in a position really close to the beach and not far from Estoril and Cascais. I spent only 2 days in the hotel, and I've chosen it because during my stay there it was the cheaper one, the other Hotels had crazy prices! My room was located at the 7th foor with the view on the back of the hotel. The breakfast is good and the Hotel resturant is located at the 8th floor with a beautiful view on the ocean.

Even if its category is 4 stars hotel, its fornitures are quite old and not well maintained. It need refurbishement. I found the following problems: 1) the shower temperature went from cold to very warm continuously; 2) the water from the sink flowed with much difficulty; 3) the bidet's tap was clogged; 4) the WiFi at the floors doesn't work properly...only at the ground floor I could connect my laptop.

This place is clean and located in a nice building with amazing views of the beach, and there's a lovely beach restaurant for breakfast.

Got standard queen room with proper diabled facilities when arrived, loved that. The service we got was helpful. Location: the hotel was close enough to Cascais / Lisbon, and very nice restaurants.

Room was great with atlantic ocean view. Carcavelos beach is the best of the area & in walking distance from hotel.

Breakfast could be more rich.
